External Business Development Manager - Award Winning Cloud Provider

External Business Development Manager - Key Competencies:

  • History of working within a target driven environment with a proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to develop a strong career with an industry leader
  • Full understanding of current market leading solutions
  • Good communication skills at all levels and self-motivated / Driven
  • Strong exposure to creating and developing new client relationships
  • Sales experience in the IT sector and have worked with or sold within an end user model
  • Minimum 3 years corporate IT Sales experience
  • Proven track record in new business sales success
  • Direct face to face sales experience with credibility and gravitas to operate comfortably with senior level contacts
  • Ability to develop new business accounts and manage expectations

External Business Development Manager - Key Responsibilities:

Working within this customer facing, externally focused, role you will be given the business critical responsibility of building and developing relationships with net new clients. By understanding the potential clients business, issues and areas for improvement you will be expected to liaise with pre-sales consultants to offer a solution which best meets their requirements. Duties and responsibilities within this role will include, but not be limited to;

  • Articulate the message of the businesses services and sell the brand
  • Development of new business opportunities within a targeted company base
  • Achieve and exceeding set targets
  • Liaising with clients and sales team on queries
  • Working effectively with the wider team and engage as necessary
  • Regular feedback on changing client requirements to ensure we remain relevant
