Our client is looking to grow their Power Division’s Risk Services Capability and are looking to attract high calibre experienced Risk managers into a number of consultancy roles.
We are looking for experienced candidates who have gained vast industry experience from a number of roles possibly gained from several organisations.
Current SC status/clearance is ideal but not necessary if you have held this is the past.
Between 3 - 5 years of Quantitative risk analysis experience
- Quantitative risk analysis can be broken into Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and Cost Risk Analysis (CRA). If you can demonstrate competence in both, that would be ideal.
- Proficient in permaster, primavera and @Risk softwares
You will ideally have a technical background i.e. engineering, financial degree.
We are looking for meticulous or forensic individuals who have a natural curiosity/ability to keep asking the question why/ or decomposing a complicated problem into manageable and easy to understand set of solutions.
Has at least 5 years as a Risk manager.
Has worked preferably in the Defence Industry. However working in the Nuclear/Marine /Aerospace Industry is also attractive. We would consider other industries too, but your essential skill set would need to be demonstrated to a very high level of competence and you would also need to demonstrate that you can adapt quickly/ hit the ground running in a new industry which may have a vastly different culture, organisational structures, policy and processes.
Managed or held senior risk positions on large (over 20 million) /technically complex projects.
Can manage and communicate with senior project stakeholders.
