Digital Account / PR Executive
We are a Bradford based recruitment agency and are proud to be working with a very successful, forward thinking PR and Marketing Agency based in Skipton.
For over 20 years our client has been creating industry-wide campaigns and generating traditional PR coverage to online buzz within numerous sectors including furnishings, bedding, hospitality, education and a number of Trade Associations.
They are now looking for the right person to join their 'can-do' culture team where you'll be
heavily involved in social media activity for two major clients along with giving digital campaign advice and support to other Account Managers. You'll also be getting involved in some writing/helping out on other accounts - expanding your PR experience.
The role will involve:
·Copy writing and content creation for websites and blogs
·Managing social media campaigns
·Creating SEO-friendly copy
·Campaign analysis and market research
·Contributing to marketing strategies
·Researching and implementing the latest changes in social media
The successful candidate will have:
·A creative outlook with interest in the marketing techniques, social media and PR/journalism
·Excellent written skills
·An ability to communicate clearly with clients and manage relationships as required
·A strong portfolio of work

The company will offer a competitive salary (£19- £21K depending on experience) and on-going personal development.
(9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays with a half hour lunch) although all staff are expected to work earlier or later from time to time if the job demands it (e.g. travelling to visit clients or press or exhibitions etc.). Any weekend work can be compensated for with days off in lieu.
Our client will provide 28 days' holiday, comprising the eight UK bank holidays plus a further 20 days (rising to 21 days after the first year and with further incremental rises linked to length of service). In addition, there is often extra time off at Christmas although staff are expected to share skeleton cover to keep the office running.
After the probationary period, all employees are covered by Permanent Health Insurance and, after one year, Private Healthcare is also offered. We operate a new business incentive scheme worth 5% of fee of initial contract.
Dress code is smart casual in the office - smart when out on AKA business or when we have visitors in the office.
You'll be based at the stunning office in Skipton with paid for parking at either a nearby car park or, if available, on-site parking and close links to the rail network.
