A brand expansionary role for a talented and experienced conveyancing assistant.
The role would suit a very experienced conveyancing secretary OR a someone who has worked in residential conveyancing for at least 2 years who is familiar with the conveyancing processes, dealing with client care letters, using the HM Land Registry software, requesting searches and title deeds, client liaison, payment of disbursements and familiar with post completion etc.
The role will support a fee earner with their caseload and get delegated tasks.
The firm rely on a great case management system so IT literacy is essential.
A reliable individual who has great communication skills and looking to be part of a growing and extremely busy team.
