An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) or Emergency Department (E.D) nurse with extensive Emergency Department nursing experience to join our established E.D Nursing team. This is a dual role which is combined with Band 6 Charge Nurse responsibility.

The candidate should hold a nursing degree and be willing to work towards the successful completion of a minor injury module and a non medical prescribing module. The candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, should be adaptable and be able to demonstrate evidence of ongoing professional development.

The primary base is the Emergency Department, Ninewells Hospital. Depending on the needs of the service you may be required to rotate to the Emergency Department at Perth Royal Infirmary.

You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC Register

Hours of work are: 37.5 hrs per week, 12.5 hrs day shift/ night shift rotation.
