To lead a team of Process Analysts to develop, implement and manage complex processes within a Business Unit in accordance with the Service Management Model and based on ITIL best practice.

Specific Role Requirements:

  • Act as Lead within Operations to ensure that we are compliant to ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) and assist in supporting the Security Departments with local TB (Terrestrial Broadcast)audits
  • Act as Lead within TB Operations for Cyber Security strategy which includes taking ownership to ensure that TB systems are protected and active management of the risk register
  • Develop and embed robust Crisis Management/Disaster Recovery processes in order that TB is equipped to deal with any Major Event.
  • Define, develop and implement the reporting and KPI framework to track adherence to each of the above.

Main Responsibilities/Key Deliverables:

Act as Lead across TB Operations to ensure that Operations adhere to all security policies and standards published in Arqiva's ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) and any associated policies and standards as defined and approved by Arqiva's Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Act as Lead within Terrestrial Broadcast Operations for Cyber Security strategy which includes taking ownership to ensure that TB systems are protected through and active management of the Cyber Security risk register, which is a repository for capturing process non-compliance, inefficiency and gaps across Operations and includes additional information about each risk including the nature of the risk, reference and owner information and mitigation measures.

Project Management for TB Cyber security enhancement program

Establish Crisis Management/Disaster Recovery best practice within Operations which includes:

Review, develop and embed the existing Major Incident Process.

Produce a suite of Work Instructions which include detailed plans for responses to as many potential crises and Disaster Recovery scenarios as possible.

Ensure a Crisis Management Team is established and fully trained, which involves identifying relevant stakeholders and their responsibilities clearly defined.

Define, develop and implement the reporting and KPI framework to track adherence to each area of responsibility under the Operations Resilience Manager role.

Proven track record, with previous experience encompassing: process, documentation, risks and issues and project delivery.

Ability to demonstrate strong competence in structured and rigorous working methods, pragmatic problem solving and effective influencing and communication skills.

To start immediately 50-57k per annum

Initially Huddersfield or Manchester based then felxible to be home based
