Our client is experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team. The client is continually expanding so great opportunity to progress.

Experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is essential.

Duties will include:

Answering incoming calls from customers
Dealing with 1st and 2nd line support queries
Finding solutions for customers remotely
Taking detailed information
Trouble shooting issues
Liaising with field Engineers
