We are looking for a new MPU Manager to join our team in Leytonstone SDO.

About the role

As an operational manager, you’ll manage approximately 60 frontline staff plus 1 manager, supporting them through our exciting transformation journey. Working closely alongside trade union representatives, you’ll ensure your team understand the commercial and competitive market we are in. They’ll need to be customer focussed, open to new technology and flexible to change. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the performance of your unit and for effectively maintaining the quality of service for our customers and the overall safety of the people you manage.

Shift pattern: Monday – Saturday (5 days out of 6 with rotating day off)

Your experience might be within retail, FMCG or logistics but your ability to motivate, inspire and lead through major change is what we’re looking for. You’ll have an eye for detail and be confident in efficiently managing resources and budgets – all with a view to ensuring your team is working at its very best.
