Working for an award winning software vendor enjoying phenomenal growth currently, you will be providing global support at 1st level via telephone and email. Taking logged problems and liaising with clients to resolve the issue. Escalating to 2nd line and product specialists if it can't be resolved.
1st line Support/Helpdesk person will need a good level of Microsoft Products, ideally, Office 365, Active Directory (AD) . Well spoken, articulate and a high customer service orientation, but, most importantly, a desire to succeed as a successful support person.
Roles have come about through promotion of current job holders to 2nd line but the support team has grown significantly this year with further growth plans. Career progression is good here. Company have been established 17 years but are moving in to a whole new phase. Free parking. should live within 45 minutes' commute of Farnborough, Hampshire.
