A market leading Insurance Company is searching for a Programme Manager with a background with Call Center experience to join their team. The Programme Manager will be responsible for running the entire program and putting together programme governance

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager join a leading & growing Insurance Company.

The skills and experience required:

  • Demonstrated a background in running an entire program to a similar scale
  • Capable of setting up and putting together programme governance
  • Call Centre/Customer Services experience is essential
  • FS background is essential - Insurance experience would be desirable
  • You must be business facing with excellent stakeholder management expertise
  • Customer Services/Solution focussed
