A leading technology provider who specialise in hybrid cloud solutions and IT support services is looking to recruit a talented Service Delivery Manager to help ensure that their customers remain at the centre of everything they do.
The Service Delivery Manager / Customer Success Manager will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of service into their customers utilising their cloud based technology. You will manage customer queries which fall outside of technical support calls, liaising with internal departments to resolve any queries, issues or concerns the customer may have. With comprehensive knowledge of the services my client delivers, you will proactively identify areas that the company could improve it's services to their customer or highlight areas where a customer could use other services in addition to their existing agreements.
Our client is looking for a highly competent Service Delivery Manager / Customer Success Manager who has extensive experience of working within a very high-calibre, multi-disciplinary organisation. They really want an individual that knows what it takes to take deliver complete customer satisfaction with their trusted solution provider and has the initiative and enterprise to make it happen. You will ideally have previous experience in a Service Delivery or Customer Success type position within a technology provider.
The role will suit someone who has studied an IT or Technology related degree or someone who has worked within industry. You will be a dynamic individual who is interested in working in a small but rapidly growing organisation that deliver game-changing business outcomes that its customers simply consume. These solutions will include complex hybrid cloud solutions incorporating Office 365, Azure IaaS and PaaS.
It is essential that you're a strong communicator with confidence in your own ability to build strong relationships with C-level individuals within their customers and global partners.
