Qualified Company Secretary - Regulatory experience.

A qualified company secretary is required for a newly created asset management business. The business belongs to a global banking giant and as such the position will have support from the wider team.

This will be an autonomous role and the position holder will be responsible for driving strategy and refining processes and procedures.

You will be comfortable with dealing with senior stakeholders and becoming a peer and a key influence to the business.

To be considered you must be a qualified company secretary and have worked within a regulated business.
