Main Responsibilities

  • Performance Management; Will include but not limited to; Objective setting, measurement, monitoring, productivity and appraisal of staff. Regular feedback via 121s, talent management, performance standards and performance improvement plans.
  • Providing and analysing management reports to allocate work and report on trends
  • Resolving customer escalation in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimise business impact
  • Provide clear, concise and relevant communication to ensure clarity of objectives and outputs required
  • Act in accordance with Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation
  • Act in accordance with the Customer Information Security Policies to protect and maintain the Secure Accreditation of the supported sites

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous Team Leading experience within IT environment
  • Experience of relevant IT technologies e.g. Windows Server, SCCM2012.
  • Ability to coordinate, organise and prioritise work activity for self and others
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent administrative skills and ability to analyse data and produce reports
  • Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills. Confident building relationships with key stakeholder and senior management
  • Ability to get SC Clearance
