In your new role you will lead and manage the service desk team. You will be responsible for the training and coaching the team as well as identifying any and all opportunities to improve processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need excellent interpersonal and management skills and demonstrated experience of leading a team. Experience working in a property or facilities management setting is advantageous as is experience with CAFM software.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £27,000-£30,000 and a competitive benefits package.
