Our client is a wholesaler and distibutor of horticultural products who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Purchase Ledger Team.
Job Purpose: To provide full administrative support to the Purchase Ledger team
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist and supervise the debtors control reconciliations
- Prepare cash book reconciliations
- Assist with the purchase ledger reconciliations
- General ledger and administration
- Processing expenses
- Maintaining cash books
- Assist with general bank payments
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Bank reconciliation experience
- Intermediate excel skills
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Thorough with attention to detail
- Highly numerate
- Willing to learn
Qualifications and Experience:
- Accounts Experience working towards AAT or similar would be beneficial.
- Educated to A-level or equivalent as a minimum
- Training will be provided
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30. Own transport required due to location.
Salry £10-£11 / hr
