Permanent Technical Support Manager

Our client, a major technology provider who has recently experienced huge expansion in their product offerings and client base, is seeking a permanent Technical Support Manager to start as soon as possible in their offices in Egham. This role is to assist the increased work load for the software support team.

Salary: Based on experience

Your duties will include:

  • Support and assist a number of large clients, presenting as the face of the company
  • On-site visits to clients
  • Taking and prioritising support calls
  • Ensure support issues are managed to client satisfaction
  • Work with developer and MIS teams to resolve issues
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams on a daily basis

The successful candidate should have:

  • 3+ years experience with ASP.NET, Transact-SQL and C#
  • Customer service or relevant and extensive client facing experience
  • Represent company in a positive manner at all times
  • Flexible approach to work and workload
  • Customer Focused (Both external and internal customers)
  • Team player and able to work on their own
  • Good communication skills (including written) and attention to detail
