Our Gloucester based client are looking to recruit an experienced finance assistant to their team, working within the financial services sector, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a very well established and supportive environment.

Supporting the finance manager responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Raising and sending out Fee invoices.

  • Credit Control duties.

  • Processing Ledgers, creating payment schedules.

  • Assisting with month end duties, Reconciliations Journal posting.

  • Cash Allocation.

  • Other Ad Hoc duties not listed.

Key skills:

  • Essential that you have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.

  • Experience of Data mining.

  • Team orientated with strong communication skills.

  • High levels of accuracy with great attention to detail.

  • Experience within Financial service sector desirable but not essential.
