Description

  • Lead by example and create an amazing customer service ethos
  • Deliver customer retention thorough great service and customer engagement
  • Maximise Customer Service Levels (NPS) via client liaison and outstanding levels of centre standards
  • Organise and hold regular community events
  • Financial management - making sure customers are invoiced and payments are collected in a timely manner
  • Ensure the Centre upholds the highest show standards at all times
  • Engage with new and prospecting clients
  • Support and deliver company initiatives as and when they land in the estate

Profile

  • Have a customer centric approach to all tasks and client management
  • Commercially astute to new business opportunity and supporting the area manager
  • Have experience in events and customer retention initiatives
  • Proven track record in performing against KPI's
  • Ability to engage with Senior Level directors both internally and externally
  • Have pride in centre excellence across standards and health and safety
  • MS Office Literate
  • Great organisation skills for events and centre management
  • Previous P&L exposure
  • Able to handle customer enquiry and complaints, as and when they arise

Job Offer

Salary between £25,000 - £27,000 + benefits
