An established and growing international business is looking for an Interim IT Support Engineer (1st - 3rd line) to be based in the Leatherhead area, Surrey. This is a contract opportunity for initially 2 months with a possibility of extension or becoming permanent for the right candidate

The successful candidate will be solely responsible for providing 1st - 3rd line technical support for approximately 50 users across multiple sites. The role will involve troubleshooting server infrastructure, network, various business critical systems (CRM / MRP), operating system, hardware (PC, printers and other peripherals), antivirus software, phone system as well as back-ups.

In order to be suitable for this position you will have experience working in an IT Support Technician, Senior Desktop Support Engineer, Systems Administrator, Standalone IT Manager or similar role. It is essential to have broad technical knowledge including Windows Server 2008 - 2012R2, Active Directory, VMware, networking and MS Office 365. Any experience with MRP / ERP or CRM solutions (MS Dynamics preferably) would be considered highly beneficial, but not essential.

A role with lots of responsibility and a good opportunity to be involved in both BAU support and a sizeable change programme. This Interim IT Support Engineer (1st - 3rd line) contract is paying up to £181 per day.
