Digital Sales Experience Manager
We are looking for a Digital Sales Experience Manager to join our client on an initial 6 month contract based in Central London.
This candidate will be responsible for delivering online and agent experiences from our business roadmap and carrying out activities such as; requirements gathering and analysis, working with UX to design the experience to support the requirement, working with tech teams to ensure the design is feasible, working with test teams to ensure testing is carried out correctly, understanding and resolving development queries, managing bugs through to resolution, ensuring deployment to live is successful, identifying and driving through optimisations.
Essential skills/experience - Able to work in agile and waterfall, proven track record delivering digital experiences, understanding of strong UX principles, strong stakeholder communication, able to manage multiple projects and initiatives all at different stages of cycle, experience in an optimisation role, experience with a business analysis skillset.
Desirable skills/experience - experience in telecoms sector, experience using Axure wireframing tool to generate wireframes, JIRA experience.
