Prestigious North East law firm based in Newcastle city centre is seeking to appoint an experienced Secretary to work in the Insolvency - Litigation department. The company has an excellent reputation in its field and offers superb working conditions and a team-orientated environment.

Working for the busy litigation team the role will involve:
· Audio and copy tying
· Formatting of documents
· Diary management
· Fielding telephone calls
· Using MS Office products
· Other administrative duties

Experience in a previous litigation role is desired but not necessary. Candidates should possess at least 2 years experience in a secretarial position with typing speeds of approx. 55 wpm along with knowledge of MS Word. This is an ideal role for a professional secretary who is able to work with minimal supervision and provide efficient, first class secretarial support.

The successful applicant will be self-motivated, confident and outgoing in their approach and possess excellent organisations skills. The successful candidate will receive an excellent benefit package including a salary of £19,474 - £20,865 pa. This role involves working 37.5 - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
