We have a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our client, an established and successful Top 20 Accountancy firm.

Based in Romford, this role is offering an Excellent £26,000 - £28,000 per annum!

Our client is a Top 20 Chartered Accountancy with 60 partners and more than 500 professional staff focused in and around the London/South East region. They strive to understand their client's potential and ambitions and provide all the support necessary to achieve it.

About the Payroll Administrator:

This role would ideally suit a professional and confident individual, with strong experience of working within a payroll bureau environment and with Star payroll system experience.

You will be providing a first class professional payroll service to clients, responsible for the effective production, organisation, and delivery of client payrolls.

As the successful Payroll Administrator:

Carry out payroll runs using the star payroll software system.

You will be responsible for your own list of clients and will work under the direct instruction of clients.

You will assist with all aspects of client's payroll features such as Tax credits, Student loans, overseas contract staff, maternity and paternity pay, travel loans, expense payments, maternity pay calculations, sick pay, holiday pay, starter, and leaver calculations etc.

The successful Payroll Administrator:

Working within a department that handles over 550 clients with a total of over 10,000 + employees, it is essential that the successful candidate has strong experience and knowledge of payroll systems and is a confident communicator, able to deal comfortably with staff at all levels, both internally and externally within formal and social contexts.
