Technical Support & Delivery Engineer
£35,000-£40,000 basic plus bonus, car allowance, 22 days holiday plus BH, pension.

My client is a growing company within the security industry specialising in Biometrics. Already turning over £16 million with just 40 employees, they are looking to expand their team here in the UK.

Within this role you would be the face of the company in that the role provides first level support to clients. You will hold full accountability of effective resolution of incoming support tickets. You will also be responsible for pre deployment staging, installing/testing and commissioning solutions as well as configuring hardware for projects across Europe and performing regular onsite preventative maintenance services.

You will have the following qualifications/ experience:

- Hold a bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems or systems architect.
- At least two years experience in a Systems Engineering or Technical Support role within the Security Industry
- Clean and current driving license
- Ability and willingness to travel National and sometimes Internationally, when required.
- Able to complete and pass security and other clearances as required to meet the needs of the business.
