A positive and energetic Employment Law Solicitor is now required for an already established Employment Law department in London. Hitting the ground running you will be dealing with an interesting and varied caseload in areas including; unfair dismissal, compromise agreements, discrimination, whistleblowing and TUPE. If you are commercially focused, with sound business acumen, excellent communication skills and have a flair for negotiation and relationship building, then please apply now.
You must be sufficiently experienced to take on a varied Employment Law caseload
You must be 2 - 4 years post qualified
You will have good knowledge of Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal, rules on evidence, litigation process and funding
You will have the Ability to assess and advise on the prospects of success and value of Employment Tribunal claims
You will have exceptional communication, team building and people skills
You must have excellent technical and organisational skills.
