The Role

The firm are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their flourishing office in Crawley, West Sussex.

You will work alongside fee earners in the Commercial Property team and manage your own caseload of lower value matters with support when you require. You will also assist with more complex transactions. You will deal with exchange and completion as well as post-completion work. You will liaise with clients and the other side's solicitors. The team work on matters including planning, construction law, environmental law and regulatory services.


  • You will be an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal, ideally with at least 1 years' previous legal experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage a varied workload and effectively manage your time
  • You will be qualified to degree level, LPC is desirable but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal and client care skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience
