Training Manager - Air Conditioning: Surrey UK

Overall Job Purpose:

The Training Manager should have extensive working knowledge of Air Conditioning equipment and will be covering the full range of products (VRF, Splits, AHWHP, Ventilation and Controls).

They will utilise this knowledge to develop new Technical and CPD training material for Installers, Consultants and Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update training material; coving both Technical and CPD courses

The job role will be split between the UK (90%) and Sweden (10%)

The Training Executive must have previous experience or a qualification in 'Training the Trainer’

Care for the day to day operation of the Training Academies

Supervise and project manage the installation of new products in the Training Academy

Assist with occasional site visits for commissioning and trouble shooting

Provide telephone technical support on the helpdesk

Experienced in all windows based software (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).

Key Relationships:

Internal: Technical Manager, sales engineers and internal support team

External: Air conditioning distributors, contractors and consultants
