A well-known Telco company who are currently undergoing a number of exciting changes within the business. They are currently seeking an experienced Credit Risk Performance Analytics Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role manages a highly analytical team that is the powerhouse behind our most important metric, first bill not paid. You'll be creating recommendations for how we set the credit strategy for upcoming campaigns and deciding what we need to track to have a successful campaign.
You'll be digging into the data to find opportunities for extra connections, and areas where we need to control the credit risk.
You are the central analytical point to ensure the business trades profitably. You will maintain a strong network so you can identify how other systems may impact credit risk.
The role is responsible for understanding performance and assessing the impact of changes including impact assessments and post implementation reviews to quantify the impact on our channel.
- Must come from a Consumer / B2C environment (Telco / Utilities / Banking etc)
- Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers
- Analytical skills, Strong communication skills, Ability to communicate complex problems simply
