We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to work within our busy Team and carry out all aspects of day-to-day administration, servicing and sales support of standard business, “Wrap” platforms and group benefit schemes using Intelliflo as our back-office system. This is a customer and provider contact role as well as liaising internally so communication/interactive skills are important and you will be expected to use the telephone as well as being competent with Microsoft Outlook.

We are also looking to extend the role into writing Suitability Reports for client investment and pension recommendations, and this will be undertaken with close supervision and training for the successful candidate.

Duties will include:

·All general administration relating to private client & group schemes

·Dealing with clients enquiries regarding their portfolios on day-to-day basis

·Preparation & issue of Annual Review packs

·Liaison with clients and insurance companies/providers

·Entry & updating of data into back office systems

·Sales support – processing of new business, increments & provision of quotations, etc

·Writing of Suitability Letters/Recommendation reports using templates & systems

·Using the 360 Services website as part of that function - and where needed the appropriate training/coaching will be given to support this aspect.

Skills and experience required:

Minimum 2 years recent experience in a similar role within Life & Pensions industry is an absolute requirement, and whilst a qualification would be ideal, it is not a necessity

Professional and organised approach to work

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

You will have good IT skills – experience with Intelliflo, FE Analytics, O&M systems would be a great advantage

Person requirements:

People with likeable personalities who can fit in with a small team are sought. You should be used to dealing with clients & product providers.The ideal candidate will be qualified but this is not essential, experience is more valuable than qualifications to us, as is a hard working ethic and a can-do attitude.
