Automation testing doesn't get much better than this....

There aren't many jobs where reaching breaking point is a good thing - but that's just what we'd like you to do.

As a Software Test Engineer in the Testing function of our Retail team, you'll help us deliver the highest level of quality customer-facing tech products in our shops. We work in a competitive market, so our products need to be bug-free and as close as possible, to perfection.

As a highly experienced automation tester, you'll use Java to develop high quality test cases, including automation frameworks and performance. You'll write acceptance criteria alongside our talented team of developers, analysts and product owners, collaborating on technical solutions and communicating your goals and results. You'll own the set up and management of data as well as the execution of tests, functionally and through automated test suites. Our team goal is to display continuous improvement, and you'll play a big part in making this happen.

We're Agile and we release new products on a very regular basis, so we need you to have working experience of Agile concepts and development like. Scrum, Kanban, TDD and BDD.

Whilst you'll naturally know Selenium, you'll also have experience of some of the following Soap CI, API testing, Postman, Gherkin and Cucumber and can point to real world exposure to performance testing and security testing in previous jobs.

You'll need to bring us some expertise from a degree in computer science, engineering or a comparable and relevant level of on-the job experience. As well as being technically proficient, you'll need to use your great communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues

We're an international business offering fantastic opportunities for personal and career development as well as great benefits. Our industry is exciting and fast moving, so we welcome hardworking people who embrace change and like to bring an element of fun to the workplace.

Please submit a concise CV (no longer than 3 pages) which shouts about your most relevant experience, achievements and skills.
