Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: £20,000 Plus OTE of £30,000 uncapped commission and benefits

Our client is a worldwide events company and now due to their ever expanding growth have an excellent opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their Manchester office.

As the Sales & Marketing Executive you will be accountable for the targeting, implementation and realisation of all primary revenue streams for the company. Develop, implement and maintain marketing and promotional resources to maximise sales potential; whilst working with the Managing Director to develop and implement sales strategy, marketing strategy and business growth, both within B2B and B2C sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Deal appropriately with all incoming sales enquiries, maximising growth and profit for the company
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other marketing sources
  • Set up meetings with clients to discuss their wishes and concerns
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data?
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints/objections
  • Ensure up to date communications with on-going and potential clients, via face-to-face, email and telephone.
  • Ensure that client records and communication records are well maintained on our internal CRM
  • Work to close deals with potential clients using the resources at the company’s disposal
  • Positively influence client decisions by fact-finding and matching products to solutions
  • Pro-actively seek new business and revenue streams with new clients
  • Manage reactive sales enquiries efficiently, maximising sales potential

The successfully candidate will need to have proven experience working within a sales and marketing environment with knowledge of operational development and team management. You will have strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and articulation skills and have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
