Description

Senior Finance Systems Analyst - Leading Legal Company

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must have Aderantexperiance
  • Management, maintenance and technical ownership of all practice management systems their SQL environment and their related customisations and integrations
  • Full responsibility for dealing with escalated 3rd line support calls
  • Database and application support
  • Full technical documentation for all Finance Systems including Business Continuity & Disaster recovery plans
  • Analysis and implementation of all technical changes to any practice management system in line with explicit change management policies

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

    • Ideally MCSE certified (other Microsoft certification)
    • ITIL Foundation Certificate
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Self-motivated and directed
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmen
    • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Excellent commercial awareness
    • Strong understanding of database structures, warehouses, theories, principles, and practices
    • An effective communicator with both technical and non-technical people

    Knowledge, skills and experience Position Requirements

      • Experience of managing a technical support function and technical projects within the professional services industry
      • Superb customer service, telephone and client facing skills.
      • Experience of working within incident, service request and problem management processes.
      • Very good written, oral and presentation skills.
      • Keen attention to detail.
      • Ability to identify and develop solutions to enhance and maintain IT/ Finance services.
      • Pro-active in seeking out tasks and efficient execution thereof.
