Are you an ambitious IT Service Desk Manager looking for a new challenge. Would you like to work for a forward thinking Law firm based in the heart of London that puts technology and service management & delivery at it's forefront? Do you have experience managing Service Desk Teams ideally in the legal sector?

As the successful candidate you will be schooled in establishing and maintaining top performing IT Service Desks, you will own the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance are maintained and measured with accurate reporting using KPI's and metrics where necessary. You will be a coordination point for technical parties (internal or external), and will ensure there is effective communication to the business/stakeholders during and post the major incident. The IT Service Desk Manager will work with relevant parties to conduct a post incident review and report. You will help establish SLA's against all current and any new services. It is your responsibility to drive internal and third party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes. You will be;
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, including English and Maths grades A-C
  • A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably at degree level
  • ITIL Foundation and OSA required, other relevant qualifications would be desirable.
