Office 365 Technical Analyst - Northants / Buckinghamshire/ Oxfordshire

Office 365 Technical Analyst required for a prestigious house hold name based on the Northants / Bucks / Oxfordshire / Warwickshire borders (near to Banbury, Milton Keynes, Bicester, Northampton, Oxford, Leamington Spar). Working as part of their Digital Enterprise Applications team this newly created position will help transform the traditional on-premise deployment of MS Office, Exchange and SharePoint to the Office 365 Cloud platform encouraging innovation and efficiency across current and future enterprise platform applications.

The key accountabilities of the role will include:

- Help transform the traditional on-premise deployment of Microsoft Office, Exchange, SharePoint to the Office 365 Cloud Platform.
- Lead the technical implementation and wider adoption of enterprise platform applications, including data integrations.
- Design, develop and deliver best practice business processes.
- Work closely with key business stakeholders and change/business process management functions to understand, gather and document requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key business stakeholders, change/business process functions and end users.

To be considered for the post you will need to tick a number of the following skills & attributes;

- Office365 implementation, adoption and ongoing development experience
- Understanding of O365 capabilities, plans, service descriptions and features.
- Major Application Implementations, upgrades or improvement projects.
- Experience of delivering solutions using a mix of on premise, hybrid and SaaS, PaaS and IaaS models.
- Knowledge / experience of Automation (Scripting, PowerShell, Chef etc)
- Strong, confident, self-motivated and willing to take ownership and accountability for the current and future Platform Applications
- Calm under pressure and happy to meet challenging deadlines.
- Organised, flexible, proactive and results-oriented.
- Happy to develop new skills, ideas or ways of working to improve the end result (Agile, TDD)
- Working within and adhering to the ITIL Framework for Service Design, Transition and Operation.
