Have you got experience in leading transformative projects? Prospectus is partnering with a leading health charity whose mission is to improve the quality of life of individuals and communities affected by HIV. They are currently looking to recruit a Development Manager to support the development of their successful London wide partnership that has been delivering HIV prevention for over 10 years. This role is offered on a 3 year FTC. As Development Manager you will strategically align the partnerships vision, brand and business plan within the sector and work collaboratively with partners to actively look to develop a more holistic approach to areas including HIV prevention, sexual and reproductive health and LGBT strategic equalities. Working with senior leaders and frontline specialist staff, you will drive the development programme ensuring project deliverables are met, productive relationships are built and nurtured and that overall project milestones are achieved, on time and to budget. To be considered, you will have demonstrable experience of successfully leading organisations through change and transformation projects, having previously facilitated an organisation in building their capacity. Ideally, you will possess the ability to strategically deliver quality frontline services and you will have in depth and current knowledge and understanding of LGBT, HIV, Sexual & Reproductive Health issues. Finally, strong project management, business development and networking skills, combined with a willingness to learn, will ensure that this pivotal new project is a success.
