I am currently looking for a Membership Assistant to act as front of house and providie first class customer service to a major global organisation. Key Responsibilities Customer service: Be the first point of contact for new and existing members through various channels including front of house positions, phone, website enquiries, emails and written correspondence delivering high levels of customer service at all times and completing any follow-up actions within the agreed service level requirements. Actively promote membership, encouraging all visitors or enquirers to become a member. To handle all requests for changes to memberships to ensure that all customer records are kept up to date on the CRM system with a high level of accuracy and minimal errors in line with DPA regulations. Answer incoming customer calls and respond to phone messages with high levels of call handling skills to deal with enquiries to completion or signpost to relevant teams. Manage and respond to customer email and written communications including updating addresses, processing cancellations and signposting customers to other departments where appropriate. Respond to customer queries, where necessary liaising with different departments to answer complex enquiries from members. Data collection and processing: To process payments as appropriate and adhere to Data Protection legislation as standard. Undertake the timely inputting of all member data on the CRM system, including processing new membership applications, creating new records and updating and modifying customer records, working to achieve data processing KPIs and sales targets. Follow and maintain processes for secure and efficient data collection and processing from new and existing members ensuring that our data and processes enable us to deliver appropriate levels of customer service at all touch points (on-site, face-to-face, online and over the telephone). You will also be dealing with general ad-hoc admin duties.
