The successful candidate will support our clients internal and external based sales teams in addition to their e-commerce and project coordination resources in driving security, mobility and training solutions. The Team have a wealth of knowledge in this sector having supplied the military over the last 25 years providing the candidate exposure to leading technologies and innovations being deployed in both the training and operational environments. The candidate will assist our client's sales teams in achieving their revenue and margin targets. The candidate will be responsible for the following core duties: • Advising customers on our client's products and services • Providing outbound assistance with customer queries, proposals and requests across a multitude of project requirements. • Assisting external sales people in managing the “sales order process” from Quote generation, obtaining pricing from suppliers; customer acceptance and guidance with procurement; sales order preparation and subsequent management of supply chain including stock control; liaison with the factory for production and shipping co-ordination; ensuring customer SLA’s are maintained. • Handling correspondence, organising contacts between the sales executives and their customers to maintain customer records. • Assisting in customer specific marketing activities e.g. events, mailshots, Tele campaigns
