Your New Company
Your new job as a Commercial Account Handler, will be working for an established national broker based in Birmingham city centre. They have a strong service culture that supports customer retention and growth. Due to substantial growth within the team a permanent position for an Account Handler within their construction division has arisen.
Your New Role
Working as Commercial Account Handler you will be responsible for enhancing existing and new client relationships through preparing presentations and helping with client reports. You will be responsible for negotiating terms on behalf of clients and developing relationships with insurers and underwriters alike. You will be encouraged to identify and follow up on potential sales from incoming calls and enquiries.
What You Will Need To Succeed
Your previous experience working as a Commercial Account Handler preferably with Construction or Property experience, dealing with clients from inception to completion will lead to your success. You will be computer proficient and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
