This is a fantastic opportunity for a Test Lead to join a highly successful and well established company based in-between Bristol and Bath. This company produces a range of innovative, software applications and services that are used across a wide range of industry sectors by blue chip organisations.

You will have a minimum of 5 years solid testing experience and possess an ISEB / ISTQB qualification. As the Test Lead you will understand the fundamental test process in software testing and continuously adapt to balance process, quality and productivity to meet critical deadlines. You will be responsible for test planning, the quality of test analysis and test design, monitoring and reporting test execution progress, and evaluating and reporting test execution results. With proven experience of a previous hands-on senior role, you will be responsible for both conducting and managing the test activities within the team.

You will be responsible for the quality and coverage of the regression suite and ensuring the automated framework continuously meets the regression requirement. You will ensure compliance with the defect management process, manage the workflows in JIRA for all issue types and be responsible for maintaining all the test tools to the latest released versions. As the Test Lead you will have an interest in the developing practices and tools in the field of testing and support the software development process in recommending and introducing new, innovative best practices.
