Role: IT Support Engineer - Windows Server Specialist
Location: Crawley
Salary:
£27,000 - £30,000 DOE + Certifications

A specialist IT support company working with universities, police forces and one of the largest technology specialists in the world are looking for a new member to join their team.

They're looking for an IT engineer with an all-rounded set of skills and particularly well-developed abilities in Windows Server troubleshooting.

The company is willing to invest heavily in its employees, paying for any certifications you may have been looking to attain over your career.

Main Responsibilities: -

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support
  • Act as the point of escalation for 1st and 2nd line technicians
  • Troubleshoot, manage and maintain Windows Servers

Essential Skills: -

  • Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016
  • Excellent customer service experience

Desirable Experience: -

  • Exchange 2010 / 2013
  • Active Directory / Group Policy
  • Office365
  • Microsoft Office
  • AutoTask
  • ITIL
  • VMware / Hyper-V
