ICT Service Desk Analyst - Windows 7, Active Directory, Networking, Office, Exchange - London - £23k-£28k

Roc Search are currently recruiting for an ICT Service Desk Analyst to join their client who are a successful Football Club. This is a great opportunity to work for a great global brand and work for one of London's most established football teams.

They are currently in the process of rolling out numerous exciting projects with more to come and so they are seeking an outstanding ICT Service Desk Analyst to join their innovative support team and help with the work load. You will be getting involved in mostly 1st line support but may need to sometimes provide some 2nd line support. You will also allocate and schedule tickets/jobs for the 2nd/3rd line team when required.

Essential skills include:

  • Windows 7-10 experience

  • Microsoft Office Suite experience

  • Active Directory experience

  • Exchange 2010/2013 experience

  • Good understanding of basic networking protocols

Desirable Skills:

  • ITIL Foundation

  • Mobile Device Support

  • MTA 98-365
