Graduate IT Project Coordinator - Aylesbury

Graduate IT Project Coordinator required for a global organisation based in Aylesbury, where you will be responsible supporting IT project managers in the governance and coordination of IT projects. Within the role you will play a key support role within the project delivery teams, whilst being mentored and supported by IT project managers.

This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate with a career interest in IT and IT Project Management.

Key Responsibilities of the role

  • Provide support to the IT Project managers, in areas such as Project Meetings, Risk & Issue management, status reporting, and preparation for stakeholder & steering board reporting submissions.
  • Data analysis and project budgetary reporting, supporting the PM's and ensuring compliance is adhered to.
  • Aspects of this role will be allocated to provide general administrative support to the UK IT team, such as purchase order creation and management etc.
  • With the support of the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and reporting of project performance indicators.

Key Skills of the role

  • This position is ideally suited for a graduate with a keen interest to develop a career in IT and IT Project Management
  • The ideal candidate will preferably hold a degree in computer sciences or a relevant business discipline
  • Good knowledge of IT industry working practices based upon SOX, ITIL and Project Management methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team working ability
  • A willingness to work in a challenging and fast-paced exciting IT environment

Salary

The salary for this position is between £20,000 - £23,000 per annum plus benefits
