Sewell Wallis are currently working with a leading retailer in West Yorkshire who are currently looking for a Treasury Analyst to join their team. You will report into an impressive, approachable and personable Treasury Manager who is keen to progress and develop someone quickly, whether that be into a higher position in Treasury or elsewhere within the finance team. Reporting to the Treasury Manager your responsibilities will include:- -Cash flow forecasting using multi-currency cash pools -Daily cash management -Monthly analysis of cash flow versus management accounts and reporting to stakeholders -Month end KPI and graph collating for operations -Treasury/cash reporting -Budgeting and forecasting co-ordinating -Consolidation of 13 weeks cash flow forecasting for European entities -Bank reconciliations, accruals and balance sheet -Strong work on Excel including financial modelling - this can be trained as long as the candidate is a confident Excel user You will have a strong background within treasury or financial analysis and be a strong user of Excel with experience using advanced formulas. Treasury experience is definitely not essential however experience around cash flow forecasting is very important. A lot of training will be given to candidates who are the junior end on experience, however our client needs someone driven, confident and naturally inquisitive who is not afraid to ask questions and really dig into the details of the number.
