As a Design and Development Engineer you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of new and existing products and will also undertake the responsibility of broadening the companies product range. As a Design and Development Engineer you will be responsible for: - Design and develop new and modified equipment - Work on product development from concept through to commission - Complete design drawings to aid production - Oversee the testing of prototypes - Work cross departmentally to source the correct materials - Take full product ownership - Work with customers and conduct customer meetings when required As a Design and Development Engineer you will have a solid understanding of engineering principles and have the ability to think autonomously and think outside the box. You will be highly proficient utilising CAD packages (preferably Inventor and AutoCAD) and have experience working on products from concept through to completion.
