A great opportunity has arisen for a Financial Analyst to join a growing UK business based in Bracknell. Working within a friendly Finance Department and reporting directly to the Finance Director the role will include * Payroll analysis including collecting, analysing and amalgamating weekly payroll runs, annual leave, sickness. * Monthly reconciliations * Analysing and monitoring actual spend against operational contracts * Identifying cost control improvements * Support the Finance Director in month end board papers, reports and forecasts * Streamline existing financial reporting tools * Support budget and forecasting process To succeed in this role you are likely to be a graduate with a couple of years experience in a finance environment , with good analytic skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines. You will have strong IT skills which must include Excel and excellent communications skills and be comfortable speaking with all levels within the company.
