2 years sales experience? Looking to expand sales into marketing and events management? Look no further! My client is a non profit organisation based in York. 10 minutes walk from the town centre and located close to a cycle route by the river. Your main duties would include: - Assist with development of a sales and marketing plan ? - Assist with loyalty and relationship building to develop customers for longer term relationships ? - Sales administration including meetings, phone calls and mail campaigns ? - Dealing with enquiries: costing project delivery, producing quotes, subsequent sales confirmation documents and invoice scheduling - tracking deposit and balance payments (upkeep of CRM software) - Assist in meeting and exceeding monthly turnover and margin targets - Ensuring individual event and quarterly actual spend falls within allocated event budget (are profitable to enable ongoing investment) ? - Maximising any opportunities to keep costs low ? Production of regular sales reports for Line Manager ? - Gathering photos, stories and testimonials to use in marketing ? - Production daily social media posts ? - Prioritising work load and time to meet the needs of the business ? - Flexible approach to team working ? - Participate in annual review of sales and product offering FLEXI TIME IS OPTIONAL! 12 month contract with a view to being permanent. £17.5K - £19K Mon - Fri with the Saturday
