An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Officer to join a large prestigious housing association based in Blyth, Northumberland. The Finance Officer will be based in the fast paced Repairs and Maintenance Department. The role is staring ASAP and ongoing initially until 31st March 2018 although this may be extended depending upon work load. The hourly rate for the role is £8 PAYE and the working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. The job role includes: Duties will include but are not limited to, budgeting, planning, managing grants, forecasting, assisting with accounts, reviewing new procedures, petty cash, posting cash, variance analysis, calculating expenses, preparing journals, processing invoices, dealing with queries and any other ad hoc duties The successful candidate must: Have previous experience in a similar role Be available to start work ASAP Have excellent organisation and communication skills Apply now to avoid disappointment
