User Experience Designer
Reporting to the User Experience (UX) Manager, the UX Designer will be responsible for optimising the end to end user experience for our visitors across multiple platforms. You will lead the Design Team in identifying, analysing and creating market leading experiences for both Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.
In this exciting opportunity you will work within our busy Digital Marketing Team, collaborating effectively with the business and technical Teams. You'll be at home with balancing business requirements with what is right for our end users, and effectively delivering measured improvements to our sites.
The successful candidate will be a strong UX Designer, with a portfolio to prove it. With an increasing number of mobile visitors, you'll have the know how to optimise this experience, offering a connected journey with tablet and desktop, making users want to return to our sites. You'll be required to take the lead on large scale projects and, from concept to launch, deliver experiences our users want, can easily use, and remember using. You'll inspire other designers by spotting areas for improvement from both detailed analytics, and your experience in UX. It will be important to speak up for a user centred approach to everything we do across the business.
