Female Support Worker
ENS Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a full time female Support Worker to join a large care provider based in Woking, Surrey.
Supporting a woman in her thirties as she moves back home after spending time in hospital. This will be a varied and dynamic role.
The service user can be vibrant, chatty and engaging with a great sense of humour and when she is you will be busy supporting her to explore her interests and develop her life skills. On other days she can also struggle with low mood and at these times it can be challenging to support her. You will need to be sensitive to her mood and have good intuition as to when to give her space and when to motivate her.
Hours are available to cover early, late and long day shifts as well as sleep-ins.
