Position: Link Worker
Location: Binswood, Warwickshire
Contract: 9 Month FTC
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 per week
Salary: £17,853 - £19,905 pa

About the role:

Their Warwickshire Services includes accommodation and community support across a range of client groups including care leavers and single parents with young children and people at risk of homelessness.

They require a Link Worker to contribute to the day to day running of the services. You will carry out Risk Assessments and implement management and develop support plans for the clients to ensure a positive experience for them enabling to gain the skills necessary for independent living.

About you:

The successful candidate will have experience or the ability to deal directly with the public and/or clients or customers in a busy service environment. You will have the ability to deal with complex and difficult situations in relation to people, and liaise effectively with variety of people/ agencies. You will have a non-judgemental approach to working with homeless people.

If you are hardworking, creative, innovative, able to think outside the box, work well on your own as well as part of a team which delivers positive outcomes and have a real passion for working with their client group then they would love to hear from you.

A Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Certificate will be required for this role
