Commercial Sales Executive/Account Handler - Cheshire
Our client, a Corporate FS and General insurance brokerage is looking for an additional Account Handler/Sales Executive
The role will be a mixture of servicing some commercial accounts and developing prospective leads, visiting clients and working closely with the Senior Management to secure new business and retain existing
Commercial Account Handling, Visiting clients, generating new business from prospective leads, broking and presenting quotes.
Backing up the Branch Manager with account handling duties and the making of appointments for prospect business.
Dealing with general enquires and new business enquires across the whole of the Commercial sector. This involves working on centrally generated appointments and self-generated leads. Training will be given to good commercial new business brokers/sales executives to ensure they should be able to deal with the full spectrum of clients, from initial visit through to broking and presenting final quotes.
The successful candidate will service some inherited clients nationwide and obviously should not mind travelling for the business
They will need to actively prospect and network and build up some really good streams of introducers, as well as a decent future business register.
Will have 3 to 5 years commercial new business broking experience and ideally some exposure to sales/cold calling They may also want to build up contacts in the high net worth personal insurance market.
